As a SAP Software reseller since 1997, Chelford has acted as a Customer Competence Centre for its clients for many years. Chelford provides assistance to its client in the resolution of SAP issues. Many SAP clients have moved to Chelford for SAP maintenance support because of the quality of the support provided.
Helpdesk
Provided as a standard part of the SAP maintenance services, or an additional service to other companies, with access to a full team of experienced implementation consultants to diagnose SAP issues quickly.
Onecall Application Support
As part of Chelford's approach to providing complete Turnkey Solutions, Chelford offers a Prime contract support contract to cover all areas of a SAP Implementation.
Managed Service and Hosting
These services cover the management by Chelford of systems normally run by the client. These services range from a day or 2 per month to full time staff. The services include:

Upgrade Services
