We regularly undertake incremental projects and SAP ERP upgrades and extension projects for our customers as their businesses grow.

Our Incremental SAP Upgrade Solutions include:

Implementing new SAP modules such as enabling Warehouse Management, Plant Maintenance, HR and Payroll, CRM or SAP’s own Document Management system.

Enabling some of the more sophisticated functionality in the ERP product such as Revenue Recognition, taking advantage of SAP’s RF capability in the warehouse.

As part of any incremental SAP project we always:

• Take a pragmatic approach to project management and the use of our SAP consultants.
• Thoroughly test new areas of configuration to ensure it does not impact on the current use of SAP.
• Maximise the use of a customer’s in-house SAP skills where appropriate.
